I love 1, 2 & 5 but would go with a different photo if you can.
Also while I really love 5, my focus is more on the design than the photo. When I'm making my card, I generally try to keep the focus on the photo.

Yeah I agree - it's so HARD to get a good picture of him and this was just taken on Sunday but it looks more Thanksgiving than Christmas. Boo!!! I ALWAYS appreciate your expert feedback Barb!!!!

Do you think making the picture b&w would make it look more wintry? 
Yeah, yeah I know... take more pics with a winter hat on his head or mittens and take them indoors to avoid the fallen leaves.

i love outdoor pics!
do you have photoshop? i think if the pic is B&W and you remove the image from his shirt, it could be totally wintery!

Nope, no photoshop... I had NinasMommy play with the color for me yesterday and get rid of lamp post that was in the picture. I didn't even THINK about removing the image from the shirt... that may work!! And especially if it's B&W? You think?

I think the photoshopping of the shirt is a good idea also (maybe it's just me) but when I took my first glance at the pic I thought he was holding something like a bat but it's the green pole think in the back. Maybe photo shop that too? I say in color if you go with the first card and B&W if you go with the last one. He is adorable BTW 
Sepia would go with the last card too I think that's what it is now right?

You are right about that pole thing!!! I will have to see if I can get Kristin to photo shop that out and hopefully get rid of the image on the shirt and see what it looks like in B&W?

No other options right now. We took these pictures this past Sunday in DC. I will try to take some more this weekend and see what I get. He just won't LOOK at the camera or sit still for any length of time.

I get quite a few of summer photos or when people are on vacation somewhere so it's common to get non traditional christmasy type photos.
Personally I think it's a cute shot and I would go with #1(I like the card with first greeting) in color just photo shop shirt to all red and try to get the pole out That's what I would do.

I love the 1st one!!!!
Definitely agree on the full shot rather than the feet and head cut off on the others.
I think if Kristin can photoshop the shirt and pole like the others said, it would be great, but I think it is fine the way it is and most people won't even notice!
