Polar express
Is it too late to try and get to tickets to one? Anything local? How far in advance do you need to get tickets?
Next year I will have to be more on top of this!

Polar express
Usually they go on sale in the Summer and most places sell out fast. None local that I've seen with tickets. Try Craig's List

I had to buy tickets in September to get the Polar Express in CT. Luckily, I had a friend that took care of the ordering and reminded me because in September, Christmas is far from my mind.
