Please tell me eyelashes grow back
had lashes put on. Never should have done it.
Now my sparse lashes are almost non existent.
I'm really upset. I've been lining my top lash line so dark now in an effort to hide it but I see it.

Get LiLash.. works just like Latisse and it works AMAZING! I have been using it for years now.. my lashes are like spiders lol

I have blue..if I'm not mistaken so does Lisa. She has huge eyes and eye lashes! I've been reading that after you stop using it your eye lashes go back to what they were.

I have blue..if I'm not mistaken so does Lisa. She has huge eyes and eye lashes! I've been reading that after you stop using it your eye lashes go back to what they were.
I had pretty decent lashes to begin with. My DH got it for me from work for free so I thought I would try it just for laughs.
My lashes got so long and full that I thought I was going to have to trim them lol. I didn't tell my mother I was using it and she even said "what's going on with your lashes" lol.
I stopped using it and my lashes were still much longer and fuller for a couple of months. Now they're back to normal and I was actually thinking of giving it a whirl again now.

This is why i won't use it, it's a possible side effect to turn your eyes brown & it's permanent... it's small odds, like 1 in 100 but I have blue eyes & I don't want to be the statistic  I’m too scared to lose my blue eyes.
ETA, BUT just FYI, I had the false eyelashes & it wrecked them but they grew back in to what they were originally, so yeas they do grow back

long story short but when i was in highschool during a freak sports accident ALLLLLL of my eyelashes on one eye were ripped out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and yes they allllllll grew back...it took a few months but they did.
i personally wouldnt use anything harsh on your lashline while it heals just in case...
but i did hear something about castor oil on lash line as a natural growth remedy maybe?

good to know. I can be patient. I've gotten false lashes before and had no issues..in fact they started to come off later in the day. These were like super glued and I still have one or two stuck to under my lashline. I'm just letting them take their natural course and come off when they come off. Frankly, happy to have an extra lash or two.
They were put under my lashline. Who does that??? Big mistake. I have so little lashes to begin with. I always have to wear liner and mascara..now I've got nothing.

I could be wrong but I belive it doesn't turn your blue eyes brown, I believe if you miss it can stain part of the whites of your eyes, like a brown dot on the white part, it doesn't change your eye color.
So when using just be super careful to only put where it is supposed to go.
Now you guys have me wanting to try it!

Glad to hear you recovered though.
I was so broken hearted. I put the lashes on for a party I had that night and they were bothering me so much I took them off but they wouldn't come off easily. So I had to do my makeup to make sure I could hide it well. No one really knew except me but I was so very sad.

I have blue eyes and my color didn't change at all
It DID darken the skin on my eyelids though
I still use it a few times a week to maintain...
I'd rather have darker eyelids than no eyelashes (alopecia areata  )

Yes, unfortunately it can. Again, it's a small percentage so you could ask 1,000 people who it didn't happen to, but *I* am not willing to risk being that ONE who it happens to!  ..and it would bec i have luck like that!
From Latisse website:
LATISSE® use may cause increased brown pigmentation of the colored part of the eye which is likely permanent. Eyelid skin darkening may occur which may be reversible.

My eyes are green, and I've been using latisse for about 4-5 mos, and they have not changed color. I have insane lashes right now. I only use it a few times a week, since they are at the desired length. so worth the $

lit a match too close to my face...I have super long lashes so one eye caught  two months before my wedding...I was bugging out...they grew back w/i a cple weeks though

Tarte has something that is supposed to grow eyelashes. It's Step 1 of their MultiplEye line, although I'm not sure how it works.

Nice and long and fluffy! So you are maintaining the lashes a few times a week so they don't go back to pre-Lastisse length? Does it also increase volume?
I'm seriously thinking of asking my opthalmologist. I have an appt next week for a regular eye exam.

In my old apt I had to light the pilot for the oven or whatever. When I opened the oven to put my food in.. big burst of flames came at me. Eyelashes burned, lost some of my brows and my hair around the crown.
it was insane..ive been scared of ovens ever since.
But my lashes grew back, i think even longer or fuller.
