please teach me..........TMI
how to feel cervix position did anyone try to use this metod for confirming ovulation? sorry, i am totally lost on how to do it

So I'm no expert but I'm trying to figure this all out. From what I gather it takes a few weeks to become familiar with how your uterus feels. They say to do it at the same time each day so I check it when I shower at night. You want to take note of how high/low it is, how soft/hard it is, how open/close the hole is and if theres CM around it. After AF it should be low, hard (like the tip of your nose) and the hole should be closed. When you are ovulating your uterus rises up (sometimes hard to find). It is also softer (like the bottom of your lip) and the hole should be open enough for you to put your fingertip in it. Also there should be CM around the area. The question that I have is what should it feel like when you aren't ovulating and when its way after AF? I'm on CD 41. I'm obviously far from the day I had AF and have no clue if I ovulated at some point so I don't know what it should feel like right now  I just started feeling my uterus about 10 days ago. I hope this is a little helpful for you

Yes, thank you. At least I know I am not crazy when I try doing it. I am just too afraid to stick my finger deep inside ( if it makes sense). Some ppl say it should be slightly to the back, but I do not think I am feeling it. Maybe I should ask my OB GYN to show me how to feel it.

The first time searching for it it took me a few minutes. I squat. With my middle finger and pointer finger facing down (knuckles up) I go right in This is really TMI but it works for me...I sometimes push as if I need to do #2 and the uterus moves down for me. O the things we do in life
