Please talk to me about puke

DS2- 14m- threw up in his crib at some point overnight. I didn't see it on the monitor, so by the morning it was dried up and everywhere, not to mention his hair, PJs, etc. :(
DS1 did not throw up until he was 3.5, so I am not used to this.

I washed his hair twice, but can't get the smell out. What can I do?
Also- I stripped everything and opened the window for 45 min but it still smells. Besides Lysol, what can I do??

So weird, my 14 month old puked in her crib last night too. I saw it on the monitor though so I was able to change the sheets and bathe her right away.

I would put everything in the wash on the sanitize setting and maybe use the no scent Fabreeze on the mattress.

Baking soda let it sit where there are odors...then vacuum up. Try a lil in his hair that shld get it out. Wash sheets w baking soda & bleach (if whites) hang bedding outside in sun.

white vinegar may help with some stuff too. Wash in white vinegar
