Please share your schedule for your three month old
DD is 4 months, but her schedule has been consistent for awhile now. She eats every 3 hours. She wakes up around 7am, eats her first bottle then about 9ish starts to fuss so will fall asleep for 45 mins to an hour. Her next bottle is after 10. She is up most of the time, sometimes will nod off an hour before her next bottle. The third bottle is around 1:30, after that we will put her down for a nap and she will sleep for 3-4 hours. When she wakes she gets another bottle. At this point she is usually awake until bed time. We like to give her her last bottle at 8 so we will hold her off and distract her or give her a bath until 8. She is in bed, asleep at 8:30. She has been STTN since she was about 7 weeks.

Re: Please share your schedule for your three month old
Eat at 8:30 then go back to sleep. They kinda catnap til 12:30 ( the next feeding) and they play/sleep in their cribs or swings. Then they do the same til 4:30. They ate a bit more awake and witchy during this time but its fetting better. They eat again at 8:30. Every other night is bath night. We play and chat and do tummy time in between. They go to sleep at about 9:30/10 and wake around 4:30 to eat. After that feeding they sleep straight through to 8:30 then start again.
It's typically these times but once in awhile they go off schedule but eventually get back on it. Like last night they ate at 7:30 and twin 1 woke to eat at 2 and 5:30 while twin 2 slept til 4:30. Then they got themselves back on 8:30/9 and 12:30 schedule.

Re: Please share your schedule for your three month old
DD typically eats every 3 hours. Her routine is to eat, play and sleep. When i notice her getting tired i try to get her to nap before she gets cranky but that doesn't always work.
So if she wakes at 7am I'll change her give her a bottle. At 7:30ish we'll play and by 8-8:30 I'll start getting her ready for a nap. Her next bottle will be around 10.
It doesn't always workout this way. Today she woke up for a bottle at 4:30.
Bed time is usually 9-10.
Baths are done in the evening inbetween her last two bottles. So if she has a bottle about 6 I give her a bath before her last bottle at 9.
And again these are approximations. Not everyday is the same. And we do break away from the routine from time to time because I have things to do, she may be in daycare and DH may have her and we all do things differently. But we are all much better rested since i started this "routine"
I highly recommend "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child" by Dr. Weissbluth. Great information and it's helped a lot!

Re: Please share your schedule for your three month old
No schedule at all...he's killing me, lol. He usually goes down for the night around 8, and wakes up between 7-8 in the morning, with about a million wake ups in between. During the day, he is awake for about 1.5 hours, and then he'll be ready for a nap. Naps are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours.

Re: Please share your schedule for your three month old
We're at 2.5 months now and this is our schedule.
Wakes at 7:15- has a bottle, back down for another cat nap till about 9:30, plays a little.
Bottle at 10:30-11, up and in the swing or on mat on the floor.
Bottle at 2, still up may take little cat naps but basically up.
Bottle at 5, takes about an hour nap,
Bath at 7:45, bottle at 8 and wrapped up and in bassinett right after.
Been STTN, since 3.5 weeks old.

Re: Please share your schedule for your three month old
Very loose and always subject to change, but a sample day looks like:
7:30 wake, change, feed, burp and then back to bed for her best nap of the day.
During the day, she eats every 3-4 hours, after she eats we do quiet/upright activities like books, showing her toys, or just 'talking', then once she's digested awhile we do activity mat, tummy time, etc. Pretty much like clockwork, after 2 hours she starts to whine and is done. I rock her and she sleeps anywhere from a half hour to 2 hours. Wake up and repeat, lol. In between, she'll sit in her bouncy and watch me do chores, or go in her crib and watch her mobile, or on nice days it is great when we can get a walk in.
Last bottle is 9-30, 10 usually and she goes down for the night 10:30, 11 and sleeps through the night.
