There is a place in Seaford on Washington Ave in the shopping center with Tarellos Pizza. The place is called Lovely Nails. I have been going there since they opened and I absolutely love them! Everyone is soooo nice and they have a reward program too! Basically every dollar you spend there equals one point and you can get free services depending on the number of points you have.
