We made our very first offer on a house today and my realtor said that if all goes well we'd need both of these ASAP. (if it doesn't the recs would still be good to have) Can anyone recommend their attorney and/or inspector they used for closing? Don't know if it matters but it's in Bergen county. TIA!!
