Sarah Girardi. Shes in Great Neck or Manhasset. She was very nice and explained everything to DH. She was very professional given the sensivity of him seeing a female MD.

My DH dr is in Smithtown but thought id post anyway in case - he is a very good dr and specializes in infertility and might be worth the trip

I second Sarah Girardi. She performed the varicocele operation on my husband.
We also love Bruce Gilbert, in Great Neck. He does his own research and studies and knows his numbers (statistics-wise). He also takes a ton of time with you and answers every single question you have. While he was fabulous, he doesn't accept any insurance, although someone else once posted on here that he participates with a student clinic (?) and may take insurance through that office.

My DH sees Dr. Brett Mellinger at the Urology Institute in Garden City. We really like him a lot.....he's wonderful
