I am sorry I dont know much about that medication but I am sure you will ovulate if you are having regular cycles. 27-28 days.

Well first of all, its a bit hard to understand your post, but I will try.
Why did your dr. give you provera if you just went off bcp a month ago? It actually sounds from your post that you started taking the provera even before you were off BCP for 30 days, that doesn't make sense to me. It can take a few months for your body to regulate. So, no, after the provera your cycle may not be like clockwork. You say you have 28-30 cycles, is that on BCP? If it is then that means nothing - your actual cycles off BCP can be much different than on it.
So in short, you might O and get AF on a regular schedule, but you might not. Your body needs to adjust being off BCP. I would give it a couple of months before taking provera again or even thinking about clomid.

Since your period stopped altogether b/c of the BC, you may or may not ovulate. Provera, as I understand it, only induces your period not ovulation.
I was on Depo-Provera a BC that causes you to intentionally NOT get a period. B/c of this, my doctor said it could take months for me to get my period and in addition I may or may not be ovulating.
The only way to be really sure you are or aren't is to temp and test.

If I'm reading her post correctly, she was put on Provera b/c her period stopped while taking the BC and it should not have. Putting her on the Provera had nothing to do with TTC at that point. Her doctor just wanted to get her period started b/c it shouldn't have stopped.
I think this is what she was saying...though I could be wrong!

Ah ok, now I understand.
And like Jennie said in her PP, you may or may not ovulate, there is no way to tell. I went on Provera in May and didn't ovulate until the end of Sept... however, I have PCOS. If everything is normal with you, with a few months your body should regulate and your cycles will go back to the way they were before you went on BC.
