OMG... mr hanky's too funny
yeah, I'm right there with you..... I'm also having 'issues'. FIBER..... tons of fiber. It's difficult becuase of the food aversions... but get it any way you can....
I drink at least 3L a day, and can still eat fruit (cantelope and pineapple).... prunes or prune juice would also work... For a real fiber boost.... frosted miniwheats! Eat a big bowl with milk... It works within 24 hours everytime for me

Fiber!! I started buying Fiber One Chewy Cereal Bars. They have an oat & chocolate flavor that is soooo good! It has 9 grams of fiber in it. I also drink plum juice (pretty much the same thing as prune juice) every morning - I do half juice/half water.

Stool softner! And mention your problem to your OB - I did and she switched my prenatals and I haven't had a problem since!
Soft serve ice cream from Carvel also does the trick for me!

Re: Please help me! TMI
Fiber has been my savior! Try the Thomas 100 calorie English Muffins. They have like 8g of fiber in one. Eat one a day and what a difference it will make.
The Fiber One Honey Cluster cereal is also tasty (I put it in yogurt) and 1 serving of it is like 14 grams of fiber!
It will soften you right up and let Mr. Hanky slide right out.

Tons and Tons of fresh fruit. Works for me every time. If all else fails, my OB suggested Colace.
