Please help me out -how should I calculate?
We are not TTC yet, will be in a few months if all is well... I'm trying to keep track of my AF/Ovulation on FF chart.
So my D&C was end of October, started spotting VERY lightly (brownish spotting barely there) on Nov 18 , little more on the 19th but didn't get an actual flow till the morning of the 20th, so do I count the first day of my AF the 18th or the 20th ?

Most of what I read says to count the first day of flow as CD1.

My RE tells me to calculate the first day I get a full flow as CD1.
