Please help me figure out the difference between these summer monitors

At BBB they have:

Summer Infant Secure Sight™ Handheld Color Video Monitor $159
Summer Infant Best View™ Handheld Color Video Monitor $199

At BRU they have:

Summer Infant Slim & Secure Digital Handheld Color Video Monitor $169

Summer Infant Privacy Plus Series Slim & Secure Plus Digital Color Video Monitor
$205

They all seem the same- what is the difference between all of these?
Also, are they all secure (meaning no one outside the house can see the picture/hear the sound from the monitor)?

i have no idea i have summer infant secure sight digital color video monitor. it was from bbb and i think $159 or 169. it has automatic day/night viewing, one handheld piece and one camera. seemed sufficient.

I don't remember even seeing more then one summer monitor in the store but that does seem like all you need. Maybe I was just too overwhelmed with registering
