Re: Please help... DH and I are in total disagreement about temperature!
We'll wait as long as possible to start using the heat.
Once we turn it on daytime temp is 67-68. Nighttime temp is 64-65.
DD is currently in cotton long sleeve, long pants and a lightweight sleep sack. It is for walkers so her feet stick out and she asks for socks.
As it gets cooler she'll be in cotton footed PJ's and a fleece sleep sack.
On cold cold nights she'll be in long sleeve, long pants cotton PJ's, a blanket sleeper and then either a light weight or fleece sleep sack. I don't really like fleece over fleece because she will usually get too hot.
We had insulation blown in last year and only one zone for heat. The room with the thermostat now stays MUCH warmer so our rooms upstairs got very cold last year, some nights in the 50's so we put a space heater in her room. I'm hoping we can avoid that this year and if we transition her out of her crib I can't use one in there anyway so we may need to raise the nighttime temp.

DD is too old for a sleepsack but we have the same prob with the blanket, she moves around too much.
She sleeps in long pants and long sleeves with socks. I have only put the heat on once or twice so far. But with it cooling down this week, I will make sure the house is around 65 at night
eta - DH & I like using the blanket so we sweat our butts off at night with the heat on!
