please help
I just used an OPT-the clearblue easy..anyway I POAS and waited for the lines to come up. It says that if the Surge line is darker than or similar to the reference line you have detected a surge right..but what oes it mean if only the reference line shows up? I only have one line showing. Did I do something wrong? By the way, I'm on day 14. TIA

Re: please help
It means you are not surging, either is hasn't come yet or you missed it. I start testing at day 10 and I usually only get one line, then each day the second line gets a little darker until I get my surge. HTH

Re: please help
Depending on how long your regular cycle is you might have missed it. If your cycle is usually 28 days your surge would probably be around CD12 or 13.

Re: please help
Thank you for your help..I guess I should have mentioned that my cycles are longer..anywhere from 32-35 days. I may not have O'd yet right?

Re: please help
Try again! According to your cycle the earliest you would probably get a positive OPK is CD16 but could be as late as CD21.
The Luteul Phase (phase after you ovulate to end of your period) is generally between 14 - 16 days in length so if you count backward the earlest would be CD16 and latest CD21.
Good Luck!
