at first the sono showed 5 follies...but they are cysts on my cervix that I knew about and Dr. B knew about but the tech at AFS didn't. So she goes and measures the cysts not knowing. Now they can easily be mistaken for follies Dr. B assures me. Fine. I go empty the bladder.

Disappointing to say the least. I called Dr. B and I will see him again tomorrow.
It could be I need to stim longer or we need to change the protocol.
I am so sorry it was not what you expected. The positive is that you are producing multiple follies. I have one measuring 29 mm, really not sure what that means. On my right ovary I have a cyst full of blood, that the doctor believe was a follie that ruptured. See what your dr says and maybe a more intense treatment will help and you will get your BFP soon.
How many days have you been stimming? I think the fact that you have three possible is a positive in itself. Hopefully they will tweak your protocol so you can keep going to retrieval.

12 days. I usually stim long so that's ok.
Maybe it can be saved. I'm not losing hope.
What I'm hoping for is that Dr. B sees something different tomorrow.
