Please explain this to a novice

Okay, first month with CBEFM. I had my two peak days and today was my high day. (but I'll follow maybeamommy's advice next month and stop wasting those darn sticks after my first peak day - I just wanted to go through the whole process in my first month).

So...should I consider that I am Oing today? Or is it tomorrow? Could I consider tomorrow 1DPO?

Hey Tara.............after I had my 2 peaks and then the high day I counted the next day as 1DPO. So 1 DPO would be the day after you get your high reading. Good luck!!!

EDIT - Just make sure you are BD'ing in those days PRIOR to the peak day too. Those are the most important days......it gives the spermies a chance to swim where they need to so they are there to meet the egg when it drops.

Talk about the egg dropping- whew, I never felt this before but man I got such pains on my low right side yesterday - never felt that before!

For me, and I think for most people... the 2nd peak day is your O date! So the following high day would be 1 dpo
