You know, i accidentally bought a British pregnancy magazine the other day, and their no-no's are so different than ours! For example, there, you can eat tuna 4 times a week, you can drink 3 caffeinated cupsof coffee a day, or 8 cups of tea a day, and you can drink 2 drinks, 3 times a week!

the only one my Dr. said no about is brie and I only had it once, but I have had cold cuts - ham, hot dogs, and wine which seem to be on a lot of no lists.

YUP!!! The US has the most stingent rules during pregnancy compare to other countries with lower infant mortality rates....

Like many other women, I've eaten WHATEVER I wanted! I had a few glasses of wine while I was away on vacation. My friend made a wonderful baked brie, which I would never pass up. I've had cold cuts, sausage, bacon, rare steak that was amazing. I've eaten feta cheese and fresh mozzarrella. I've also had regular iced coffee (I hardly ever drink caffeine non pregnant) and soda.
I am going to keep on doing it, too!
