Plans have changed

I have mentioned in the past that we were going to start TTC after the New Year. Last night I sat DH down and told him that I want to hold off for a few months. Last year I lost about 60lbs for my wedding. Since I got married over the summer I feel like I at least put 30 lb, if not more of it back on.

DH & I had a ton of really difficult things thrown at us once we got back from our HM and unfortunetly, my way to deal w/them was to eat. I feel like cr@p and have decided to join Weight Watchers to get control once again. Its my job to be as emotionally and physically healthy as I can be once we get that BFP and I know in the long run I am making the best decision! I was nervous that DH would be upset but he was completely fine w/it and totally supportive!

The reason why I decided to say anything to you ladies is that I know a lot of us are concerned about weight, what we are putting in our bodies, etc. I "ran" out of time to lose the weight before TTC and even if I just lose 10 lbs, I know it will make me happier and help my pregnancy to be just a little easier.

I know that my choice is not the best for everyone but, its one that DH & I are comfy with. I will def stay active on this board and will be here to give my congrats, support & cheers while you all get you BFP.

I'm glad you thought it thru before getting a BFP and making yourself miserable for 9 months.

That must have been a hard decision but one Im sure you will be happy with!
