What about a cooking place like little chefs?
Nunley's Carousel - they do Alice in wonderland parties
Ice cream shop
We went to a cute 4 year old party at a cupcake place and they did nails and decorated piggy banks and cupcakes

we just went to a party at hersey ice cream shop. they make their own pizzas and ice cream sundaes...the also dance ..it was cute
