Pity Party Table for 1 Please
At 30w4d I just had my 3rd L&D discharge in 1 week These gall stones are kicking my ever lovin asss and i'm on bedrest w/ProCardia until 36wks. Joe took the week off to help until my mom is over shingles and can come watch Emmy during the day for me. My cervix is rapidly shortning, and I am contracting a lot. I just feel so defeated like a bad mother, wife, and incubator. I hate hearing Emmy cry for me to pick her up and to play with her and I can't. Just taking a shower or going potty makes me contract. I guess the good side is I have a dh that can help, a mom willing to help, and a son that is doing good on the inside. I got steroids yesterday into today for his lungs, but they don't think i'll make it to 32wks even. I'm just so sad. I made it to 36w1d with Emmy before my water broke......Sorry to be a debbie downer i'm just so overwhelmed and sad right now

OMG! I feel for you!
I had bad gallbladder problems with DS and now I am going through the whole Procardia bit with early contractions. BUT, I cannot imagine going through both at once
I am here for you if you want to chat about either. Been there done that

Thanks ladies I really appreciate the support! I always said we would have 4 kids, but I honestly don't think I can do this again. Both of these pregnancies have taken a massive toll on my body.

YES!!!!!!!! I saw a surgeon after Emmy and they said since the symptoms went away and it wasn't to bad to just ride it out. The newest scans show a lot of stones and no matter how I feel I have to have it out. It's a huge issue now. I wish I would have pushed for it to be taken out after Em, but I can't change that now. They are considering doing it w/a c-section since he's breech and I will mor ethen likely need one. I know i'm early still but because of limited size inside it's like he's the size of a 34wk baby in there. My uterus is only about 1/2 to 3/4 as big as a normal one.
