pink eye?
so my 5 1/2 year old and my 7 month old have pink eye. they are both getting drops in their eyes. any suggestions on how to keep the baby from rubbing his eyes and rubbing his face on me? also, I plan on changing sheets and pillow cases daily and washing stuffed animals. anything else I need to do?

I think the best you can do is just be conscious of washing your hands often and not touching your face. At 7 months old it's going to be hard to keep their hands away from their mouth, face, etc. and then touching you.

I believe you are ok 24 hours after starting drops or.at least that's what our Dr has always told us.

yes... you are ok after 24 hours of drops... Will want to make sure everything is cleaned so you don't pick it up off something they touched prior to that.

Re: pink eye?
DS has pink eye in both of his eyes right now. He's 2. There's nothing you can do to prevent them from rubbing their eyes, but the drops get in there, don't worry.
