I am 17w3days and between yesterday and today; I seriously have about 5 new pimples!!

My face has been a mess since day one of this pregnancy!! It is so horrible that you can't use anything either. I have just started using witch hazel, and it smells awful, but it seems to be helping a bit.

I have had more pimples while pregnant than I have every had! It is awful! I was actually at my dermatologist and she gave me a safe cleanser to use so hopefully this will help. It isn't that bad, but I just feel like it is cause I am not used to having this many pimples- on my face and chest.

YES! I don't get them on my face, but I get them on my upper chest!  Ohhhhh so attractive with those v-necks I love to wear 
It's weird though, it seems to come in a pattern--I notice it's about once per month, and it's almost like when I have AF, but obviously that's not going on...

me too!!! (the chest part - 2 or 3 tiny ones every few weeks and A LOT when I got BFP)
maybe that means its a

I've had breakouts off and on since about 8 weeks. It's been awful and especially along my jaw-line. Right now it looks pretty good, but I'm sure if I give it a week it'll be al broken out again
I have to be honest and say this is one of my LEAST favorite side effects of being pg!

I feel your pain....I have always had pretty nice skin, with the occassional breakout during "that time of the month"
BUT since being pregnant my jawling is terrible with pimples-most under the skin so that they don't really "look" bad, but my skin feels terrible.
I got a facial and honestly it was painful and it made it worse-
I went to Clinique and I got their three step system and I have been using it diligently the past few days.
Maybe it is all in my head but it seems to be helping a little bit

I've been breaking out like crazy too, other people hasn't noticed, but I have and I hated. My face also has gotten really oily, it's so disgusting!!
