I was there most of sat and sunday. I left around 3 both days - when were you there??
Aww, I just missed you and your daughter!
I was there around 4. Who was the young girl who was there, showing people how to cut? SIL?
She was really sweet. French? I don't know if they mentioned, but DH got stung by a bee in the head!

That is a friend of the familys daughter - she is in from paris for a few weeks to help out.
Did you mention to anyone that he got stung?? I feel bad that happened - believe it or not it never really happend to anyone by my FIL!

The scones were DELICIOUS.
Yes, and they were very, very concerned. But he was perfectly fine. It was his first bee bite, so at first I was waiting just to check that there was no swelling. But he was fine...he's a man so he was a big baby. The girl was sweet about it, she just kept saying "are you sure you're okay?"
Funny thing...after we left, we were driving in the car to go somewhere to do some strawberry picking. All of a sudden DH starts screaming "PULL THE CAR OVER" and starts running out of the car. He thought there was a bee in his shorts! I'm SURE it was all in his head!
