Phone passcodes in a marriage
Just curious, does your DH have a passcode on phone that you don't know? Is this something that everyone does?

He has an iphone that has a thumbprint code. So.i obviously can't get into it unless I use his thumb. Lol.

DW knows all of my passcodes (except for my work computer), and I know all of her passcodes.
I don't think it's mandatory, but that's just what works for us.

Phone passcodes in a marriage
We don't have them anymore because we want our kids to be able to access the phone in case of an emergency but when we did, we actually had the same code. Phones are free to look at it.

DH has one on his phone, but I know it. I don't have one on my phone. I personally would not be comfortable if I didn't know his passcode.

This, except it's android and I couldn't work it even if I wanted to.
It has honestly never occurred to me to look at his phone. I'm pretty sure he's not soliciting hookers or taking women on dates because I know how much money he has and it's not enough to support that lifestyle

We both have passcodes. He knows mine because I use the same code for many things. I don’t know his, but I know him, and have no concern about what his doing on his phone. I wouldn’t look through his stuff and I’d be really annoyed if I found him going through my phone. I’m not hiding anything but it would show a lack of trust.

I have a code but thats because we have a small child that likes to play with our phones. Dh asked me for it yesterday and I had no problem twlling him. Its actually similar to some of my passwords that he knows.

I would be really annoyed if I found DH going through my phone- I do not have anything to hide but it is my personal stuff- I believe that despite being married to DH we are each entitled to a level of privacy- I feel this is where trust comes in.

this. We know each other's codes because we set them up at the sprint store together, but if he was ever in my phone without me knowing i would be pretty upset, and he would be pissed at me if I did the same.

We have codes (my rationale is if I lose my phone, I don’t want to make it easy for someone to just go through it)

I've always known his - mostly because he's not very techy and would frequently ask me to do something on his phone. He never had any interest in knowing mine, but I never kept it a secret. I also use the finger print but since you can have a few finger prints saved, I had him do that on my phone - but I don't he even remember s that

We both have pass codes and we both know them. I would not be comfortable if my husband changed his code without telling me. We actually have no "privacy" about anything from each other. I don't feel like I need to keep anything from him and vice versa. That is what works for us.

Yes we both have passcodes as required by our work. But we know them. We grab each other’s phone to use internet at times if the one is closer than the other.
After our marriage almost falling apart we don’t hide things
