Phone / Cable / Internet - Help me save $$

I feel like we are spending a ton and i cant seem to find a way to cut our bills.

Heres the breakdown:

Verizon Fios
Phone $22
Internet $53
Tax & Fees $12
Total $87

Verizon Wireless - 2 lines (family plan)
Plan $74 (with messaging add-on)
Tax & fees $15
Total $89

DirecTV
Basic plan plus sports $103

So basically we cant change Directv since we get the football package and they're the only ones who have it. But is there a way to save on the phones/internet?

We have to have a house phone since we have an alarm. As for cells - i hardly use mine and my DH mostly justs texts. We are on the cheapest family plan but i wonder if maybe i should just do a prepay phone since i only use for emergency

both are pretty darn cheap.

if you drop direct tv, an option may be to sign up for red zone which gives you a bunch of live look in when teams are in scoring position.

you won't be dropping much lower and your Fios will go up after the intro rate ends whenever that is.
