Yes I do.
Sometimes when I wake up and realize that it was a dream and not real it bums me out in the morning.
I have BFP dreams all the time - I take the test, it's positive, I'm all excited, then I wake up and it's a big downer.
But they don't ruin my whole day or anything.

Ironically, I haven't had any since we started TTC.
But I used to have them more often, and they were all bizarre so they never made me feel bad- it was always quite clear that they were not real.

i have dreams about me being pg. I had a dream recently about a ex boss 2 days ago that she was pg and she was smoking! and she said to me roseann i am pg and she showed me a poem she wrote about her daughter i guess maybe she wasn't that early than but she was not showing as much but she was certain it was a girl.

Actually a few years ago I used to have a recurring dream/nightmare that I was far along into my pregnancy and would lose it while in the shower. It was so sad and disturbing.
Thankfully those went away - but I can still remember them
