Personal but I dont know who else to ask
This is our first month using the CBEFM. Starting day 10 the monitor read high fertility so ever since I have been trying to BD every other night. The last time was Saturday. I had to work late yesterday and wanted to BD when I got home but DH said he was too tired. I had a feeling that I am ovulating but wasnt 100% sure. Today - day 24 the monitor read peak fertility - so I was right with my feeling.
My question is - did he mess us up? If we BD tonight will that be too late? Was last night our best opportunity?

Sperm can live up to 3-5 days in the right conditions (EWCM) so it sounds like you are doing okay. Definitely BD tonight and tomorrow for good measure

You are OK and theres nothing you can change now anyway. Just tonight and 2 night after I would recommend. My DH KNOWS there is no tired when the night is right!

No, he did not mess you up. You should BD today and tomorrow ((I ususally get two days of peak reading). The monitor tells you what your two most fertile days are, it does not mean that you have already ovulated.

Peak reading means the monitor just detected your LH surge, which means, ovulation will likely take place within the next 12-36 hours, so you still have time. Make sure you BD tonight! And keep BDing until the monitor goes back down!

I would BD tonight. I think that you "will be " ovulating when you get peak. It seems like the monitor is right on target. I got 2 days of peak. I think you should still be OK

When you get a peak you ovulate 24 to 36 hours from then.

I only get an LH surge for 1 day, we have BD'd that night for the past 5 months and I am still not Preggo. So I changed it up this month. I knew I was going to ovualte on the 1st so we BD'd the 30th and the 2nd.
So I think you are still ok. Like the PP said sperm can live for a couple of days.
