Periogis
I am gonna make Periogis tonight....But what the heck should I make with them??? I have no clue what goes with them.
Any suggestions?

I use have them with sour cream and salsa. Maybe a little salad on the side.

Do you have any kielbasa? Kielbasa and pierogies are so good!
A kielbasa and sauerkraut mix and some pierogies with sour cream... Mmmmm - I think I'll make some pierogies tonight now.

I par boil them, then fry them with onions. I usually serve them with cheese melted on top of them, with the onions, and a side of broccoli. Sometimes I also have kielbasa too.

We always have them with baked fish for christmas eve. It's nice because they are so heavy and the fish is nice and light - just any kind of white fish (i.e. cod) breaded and baked.
We usually also have creamed onions, corn, salad, etc. Really any veggie or meat combo could work.
Pierogies are really; just potatoes onions and butter - what could be better? except maybe bacon
