Period while pregnant
Have you or anyone you have ever known had their period while being pregnant?
For the past 3 months, I stopped temping, reading into things etc... My period was due today. I started spotting yesterday just like normal. However, it started off brown, which was odd. Of course I thought wow maybe I am finally pregnant. Then it stopped, then later in the day it got bright red. Now I am thinking, OK I am out. Last night it was heavier, still just spotting.
Today (1st day of period), used a super plus Tampon, and only filled it up once (TMI). NORMALLY I fill them up every hour to hour an a half my first day. As of 5pm today it is VERY light.
Now onto what I am reading into. I have been nausous on and off since Thursday, with today being the worst day.
So, without grasping for straws here, I am wondering if it is possible that I could be pregnant. I would be 14 DPO today, and haven't tested at all (was trying the laid back approach haha).
If you are still here thanks for reading :)

I don't think she was LITERALLY meaning period, I think she meant bleeding.

Re: Period while pregnant
This happened to me in November. I felt pregnant, got a squinter BFP that could have been an evap line but it was within the 5 minutes, but when I wiped after peeing I had brown spotting. It was 11dpo, the day AF usually comes. I wasnt sure what was going on and then the bleeding picked up, turned red, and I bled heavy enough to consider it my period the next day. I used tampons, etc. Then it never got heavy and went back to spotting. I was confused, so the night after that I tested and got a BFP. The next morning I went for a beta and my HCG was 50, progesterone 11. I continued to spot lightly for the next few days. My beta went up to 99 but my progesterone dropped, and ultimately my HCG dropped and it turned out to be a chemical. but while I was going through it I googled and came across many people who had a happier outcome. I would def test

Re: Period while pregnant
If you are 14dpo then a test should provide you with a BFP if you are indeed pregnant. Test, then you'll know if the bleeding is AF or not.

Re: Period while pregnant
A good friend of mine did not know she was pregnant for almost 6 full months because she kept getting her "period" consistently. She ended up having a monthly bleed that looked like a period. It was not until her belly popped at 6 months that she realized something was up. Her child is now 4 years old. She did not look pregnant before then.

Period while pregnant
I took a test and got a BFN, I guess it's just a wacky cycle with a lot of nausea. I am not complaining about a light light period haha. I was just hoping it could be that 1 in a million chance ;)

sounds like you are just not feeling great. Sorry! For what it's worth, when I was younger (before ever going on the pill) I had nausea and vomiting with my period every month from about 12 (got AF at age 10) through 19. It wasn't fun.
