The cord looks like little bubbles on an u/s. And it doesn't always look long, depending on the positioning.

than it was definitely the cord because there is definitely a bubble look to it in the 3d pic

Congratulations on your -- that's so exciting!!! How amazing they were wrong!!!! You always hear people say that happened to someone but they know, but I don't usually believe them lol. I've actually heard that before 20 w, the clit can be swollen enough to look like a penis in an u/s but I'm not sure how true that is. We were told boy at 12 w and it was right, but with DD they couldn't even guess before 19 w.
