Can anyone recommend a pediatric orthopedic in the huntington area...specifically for the hand??
our pediatrician gave us a recommendation, but was hoping for a referral.

Not sure about the hand, but we just dealt with one in huntington when DS had a buckle fracture in his elbow

We go to Dr. John Gaffney in Garden City.
We started with Ronald Lewis and had a horrible experience. I wouldnt go back to him if you paid me.

Re: pediatric orthopedic
I'll throw in another Dr. Lewis review... dry as cardboard and borderline mean to his staff, but fine with my daughter and professional with me.
I'd recommend him as long as you know what to expect going in there as I do think he knows his game well, but just lacks a personality that one typically has when working with babies/kids.

Absolutely. His bedside manner is for the birds but he gets results!

Have taken both my girls to see Dr. Lewis and I would definitely recommend him. Totally dry as toast, but he knows what he is doing!
