pcos
im asking for a friend.. she was recently diagnosed with pcos and every month she gets o'ing pains and she does get af but it is usually very little spotting and a couple of tmi!!! clumps is that normal?

are her periods regular? b/c i think with PCOS thats a tell tale sign is that the cycles are off..like going 50 days or so between them.
im pretty sure you can ovulate and get AF with PCOS.
I think clotty & painful periods are also a sign of that, or sometimes endometriosis. My mom suffered terribly with endo.
