PCOS & TTC
Hello ladies! I am new to the board, newlywed and TTC.
I have PCOS, 2 surgeries to remove cysts, the last surgery was about 5 years ago. I am also older and trying for my first child. We started trying this month, using CBE opk. Got my smiley face this morning and immediately BD'ed  I was completely prepared to never see that simley face, so it was a nice surprise...when I first came off the pill I had used an opk just to see where my body was and never got the smiley.
Any advice you all can give would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the board! I also have PCOS and we were able to conceive our DS within 6 mos. We are currently trying to conceive #2 DC and on the second month of trying however this time around they placed me on metaformin.
Definitely a good sign that you got a smiley! Good Like!
The only advice that I have is try not to stress yourself out. I found that could make my periods even more irregular. My OB has even told me, "You know what the best part of trying to have a child; the practice and to enjoy it!"
