Parks with swings for babies?

Can anyone recommend a park with baby swings where we can bring our twin DD's? They're 9 months old.
Is this too young? Chat Icon

I am confused with your question. If your children can sit up, then ok for swing. What area are you looking for?
I would just go to any park with baby swings.

We put ours in before they could fully sit. They were fine. What area are you looking for?

We've been putting dd in baby swings since around 8 months old before she could fully sit on her own and she was fine. Just push gently. Dd looooovs the swings, and most public parks have baby swings, and many have at least two next to each other for your twins to swing at the same time.

I'm glad it's ok for them at 9 months. Yes, not only are they sitting up, they're standing, furniture cruising, and I bet Jenna will be walking within this month.

I am so sorry I didn't say where earlier! South Shore Nassau, but we're into road trips this summer, so if there is a park w/swings near a museum or interesting area like port Jeff or Greenport or Babylon, we will go there too!!

we're in Huntington and go to hecksher park - there is a museum there and nice park - and a pond to walk around

also do you know the fun way to put twins in the swing- put them both in the same swing - my twin boys love it- each has there feet out and they hold each other up - they have been swinging this way since 6 months - they still fit that way at almost 2

and they still look for the other one when they go in the swing

I second Hecksher in Huntington, we love it there. I also love their large covered sandbox, great to keep the LO's out of the sun.
