parents of 2 yr olds
Just curious...what size are your DC's feet? My DS is almost out of a 7 1/2 W and my niece who is 3 wks older than him is a just going into a 5. Are his feet huge? And if so does that have anything to do with how tall he will be?
ETA: Forgot to say he just turned 2

Kaitee wears size 6. She has been in them for a few months. She will probably need to go up soon.

Mollie's toes are peeking out of the tops of her size 5 sandals...I bought her a new pair in 5 1/2 just yesterday. For the fall, I bought her 2 pairs of size 6 sneakers. She will be 2 in a month.

My DS is 26 months and wears 9XW. My older son has big dogs too.
So obviously I don't think your DS's foot is huge LOL You can't compare boys to girls esp with shoe sizes. If you said your nephew had a size 5 I'd say his foot was very small but 5 for a 2 year old girl doesn't seem unusual. My DD is 4 and her foot is only a little bigger than my DS's.

Kaila is 2 and a half and wears a size 8 or 8.5 sometimes. She very tall though.. but her feet have always been on the bigger side lol

When DD just turned two, she wore a 6W now she's about to turn 3 and she's a 7W--maybe ready for the next size though.
DD#2 is just shy of 15 mos and is in a 6W already!

DS is 2 and he is a 7 1/2 - 8 but he has always been a little on the bigger side so I just expect it now-LOL but I don't think it is totally abnormal some of my friends have kids only a few months older with similar size feet so we are close!
