I just watched the 1st episode of the new season last night.
I am kinda upset it is the last season, but they covered so much, dont know how much more they can cover.

i did! i think zeek is a goner. its the last season - SOMEONE has to die. unless they do a sneak attack and make zeek get sick and then its camille who dies. i think the amber thing is a bit silly, and why isn't hattie back at cornell? julia's new piece is HOT and i am happy that she is getting some. joel was a jerk last season and i like that now he is realizing what he gave up.

I agree! I hate Amber so I don't really care what happens to her. Joel was a **** and he is getting what he deserves. I was wondering the same thing about Hattie.

I think Zeek will die, for sure. Or Camille in a twist if they decided to go that route. I'm leaning towards Zeek.
I hate that they ruined Joel and Julia for me. I know they will get back together in the end but it won't feel right for me. That whole storyline was such a disaster I wish they didn't go that way.
Amber, I don't really have any feelings towards her or this baby storyline and I'm sad Hattie is back in the show. As annoying as always.
This school being built just for them is also a bit ridiculous. I'm watching... but it's just not the show it used to be. It needs more Adam and Crosby and ... just the normal "parenthood" storylines of the past.

The school is a bit over the top. Not even remotely realistic. It would take YEARS for that happen.
I don't know how I feel about Joel and Julia. It's all bad though.
I didn't even think about Zeek dying. OH god. I will cry for years!!

I think they brought Hattie back because people were wondering where she was last season. She as at college too much.
Not sure I like the direction of Julia and Joel.  I really want them to work this out. LOL
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the show and Im so sad that they are in the final season. However I agree that they have covered so much that it made this show almost timeless. Really great show.

I am so sad that this is the last season--it's the best writing on television! I, too, hate the school (so unrealistic), but I'm interested to see where that goes. And in the last episode, my husband and I were cringing when one of the students was playing with knives and fire!
I like all of Amber's story lines, so I am interested to see where that goes.
I'd be interested in a spinoff of any of the main characters (like Cheers to Fraiser).

I was so confused at first, thought they got a different actor to play Joel and when did Julia go back into law?
This show is not as good as it use to be. I love Crosby he makes me laugh. I thought he knew bout the heart issue and was surprised when he didn't bring it up.
I still don't understand how Amber got pregnant, in the hospital on his bed when he was hooked up to wires????
I still love the show and I will miss it. I hope they give it a good final episode.

LOOOOOOVE this show. I have loved it from the beginning and I am SO sad it's ending this year. It's a shame that such an excellent show is done when there is so much garbage out there in TV land.
I just can't wait to see how it all ends and I am going to miss watching it every week.

He wasn't at the birthday but in the first episode of the season he was painting at the new school.
I feel like they should have the family ALL together as much as possible ALL season for the big things ((Like Zeek's birthday)).

Watched "The Waiting Room" episode and I'm SOOOOOO Bummed that Julia is officially dating this lawyer.
SO happy that Drew took Amber to see the baby daddy and that he is dragging her ass back home.
Camille breaking down alone outside of the OR.  I cried.
As a side note, I feel like the producers and directors are really trying to spilt of the time between characters so they can wrap up everyones story line.

Why show that scene and then have him play it off like noting happened UNLESS it's going to lead into something else? He was acting hurt, I'm wondering if something bad is going to happen to Him now because of that accident. Interested to see if anything comes of it.
I'm so sad it's ending. One of my most favorite shows on tv.
