If your kid were a problem, you would know by now LOL

I teach 1st grade and started making those phone calls home the 2nd week of school.

Yes I was in the principals office second week of school when he was in K. I’m sure you are good and if there is anything he needs to improve it will be minor.

I’ve had so many emails and conferences with my sons teachers already. Chat Icon

I'm sure they do unless your child is acting like a big ol' jerk like mine was Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Good news after the first month he was great and I had a positive parent teacher conference.

I'm sure yours will be fine. Trust me, if the teacher felt like she wanted him to never come back, you would've had that chat already.Chat Icon

ETA: My son is in 5th grade now but I did have to meet with his teacher and the principal 2nd week. That was my K experience. Kid making me work for it and I never ever got in trouble in school.

i'm sure you would have heard at least a little something if he was that bad Chat Icon i got a couple messages in the first couple weeks of my son's kindergarten year HAHA but then by conference time, the teacher had nothing but good things to say.
he's now in 2nd grade, and i definitely still get nervous ( i have my conference next week) I think you just have to go in with an open mind, be opened to whatever the teacher says about him.... and have the attitude that you're on the same team and both just want him to be doing well in school.
