brie, spinach, caramelized onion & pesto
chicken, tomato, avocado, cheese, some kind of aioli
tomato, mozzarella, pesto panini
manchego, fig jam, prosciutto
chipotle chicken, monterey jack, avocado
i have the website for a whole food blog dedicated to panini if you want it!

Depends on the type of panini.
Usually country bread, but sometimes even a baguette or ciabatta!

I couldn't find ciabatta bread last night so we used french bread
any other suggestions?
Last night I put chicken w/buffalo sauce, cheese and caramelized onions on french bread...DELISH
