Why wouldn't it be okay? Sorry, but I think you're over-thinking things. Can you just ask your doctor for a list? They only told me to stay away from alcohol and certain types of fish.

ITA
heres a list...its a short one... raw food, raw fish, high mercury fish and of course alcohol. i think it is rare to find unpasteurized cheese at restaurants in the US these days but its on the list

anything else you are concerned about i would just have in moderation.

Re: Panera Ceasear Dressing
Next time you are there just ask if they use raw egg in their dressing. Chances are they don't, but if you are concerned, just ask. When I am at a restaurant and want ceasar I always just ask the waiter about the raw egg.

FYI: Mayonnaise is made with raw eggs.
I really think you're making yourself crazy for no reason. Relax and eat. The list of off limits foods is really quite short.

Re: Panera Ceasear Dressing
Unless you're eating it all day long, all the time, I think as others have said, most things in moderation are okay.
I would chat with the nurse at your doctor's office, or just look at some of the lists online - there's some food that are "off limits" - i.e. raw fish, unpasteurized fish, alcohol...but otherwise, it's a fairly short list. This will give you a better sense of what things are okay and which are not.

Panera actually does use raw egg in their dressing- so if you're following a strict diet, then it's a no.. but its such a small amount and the chances of getting sick are so slim I have been eating it almost every friday my entire pregnancy.. and I've been fine.. I also eat feta cheese often. A good friend of mine who is a doctor, and married to another Dr eats cold cuts a few times a week. Don't stress yourself.

as everyone else said ur overthinking it all if both ur questions relate to fertility diets and what should be avoided while going thru TTC and fertility treatments, there are many online resources that discuss good diets that promote fertility (or more correct believed to promote fertility). For my FET cycle I was gluten light and adhering to Mediterranean diet and avoided drinking coffee for a month of the entire cycle of FET. Not sure whether that helped or not but I am preg now for the first time.

If the raw egg is pasteurized then it is fine- the same thing is true for mayo.
