I personally can't stand them. They remind me of the other bracelets everyone used to get with the flat pieces that used to snap in? Just trendy and "mommy"ish - NOT that th.0ere is anything wrong with that at all!!!!!!!!!! Just not very fashionable, in my opinion.
Sorry but I have to agree.
I also agree. Not my taste at all

Re: Pandora bracelets...Yay or Nay
I love my Pandora bracelet and I actually think mine is very fashionable. My DH bought mine and put a lot of thought into it. He started mine out with a bunch of charms already and had a color scheme (cause I love "pink and blingy" the EXACT words he used to the salesperson ). He spent a lot more money than I would have liked but he was so proud of the bracelet. He gave it to me for our second anniversary and I LOVE it.

I just keep looking down at this bracelet on my arm and wondering what I could've gotten at Tiffany's for less money!!!
I think this hits the nail on the head! Essentially, one is paying a huge amount of money for a somewhat frumpy looking bracelet with a few pieces of glass on it. As much meaning as they might hold they still are what they are. So, I would just take that money and hit Tiffany's sterling silver section!

Not a fan. I like the sentiment of them but I think they look clunky and childish. They are also very overpriced.

Re: Pandora bracelets...Yay or Nay
Never liked them until i got one, lol...my sisters bought me one for my bday. They picked out beautiful and simple charms that don't look too "charmy" if that makes sense, lol. My husband was about to leave for overseas and I was a wreck..they bought me a beautiful silver rope bracelet with an irish good luck charm, a "bump in the road" charm and an angel. I cried when I read the card that they wrote me with all the meanings behind it.
I wear it almost every day. It's just funny how i honestly didn't like them at all until i got one. It's simply the meaning behind it..when someone spends so much time picking out something meaningful i guess you grow to appreciate and love it.

Re: Pandora bracelets...Yay or Nay
I would never have bought one for myself...but my sister got me one for my baby shower gift with a carriage, pacifier and "Best mom" charm. I cherish it and can't wait to add more milestones to it. I've always been one to wear meaningful jewelry rather than expensive. I hardly wear jewelry at all...but when I had my m/c I wore a necklace that said "patience" on it...I never took it off until after I gave birth to my son. I plan on putting it in a shadowbox of my sons baby items. I like that when I look at my pandora it will represent something (and I've NEVER been the type to like those best mom or kiddie figure necklaces)

Nay for me. I don't see why people love them. I like plain silver charm bracelets, like T & Co.
Is it something about certain charms he got that you don't like? If so, maybe you can change just that.

Nay. I have a couple charm bracelets and I got the nomination kind in college that was popular then.

I have one. I really like that all the charms mean something. I don't wear it all the time, but I do love mine.
ITA.
Same here. I think DH bought it b/c it's the gift that keeps on giving... whenever he doesn't know what to buy me, he gets a charm!

I love my bracelet but I do agree that the charms get pricey. But each one has a meaning.
