Pack n play
Is this necessary. I live in a condo and am limited on space. Registered for one plus a swing and bouncer. Thinking it's too much. Thoughts?

For me it was because I used it as a bassinet and had DS sleep in our bedroom in the beginning. Once he outgrew the bassinet part (at 5 months old) I never really used it again.

Ok, for the bassinet I registered for the travel lite crib. Same concept I guess minus the changing table part.

I used mine in the beginning as a changing place while it was set up in my LR. AS they got older, I sometimes would let them nap in it. And it was very useful when we traveled and stayed places, I set it up as their bed!

For us, it was necessary. Our house is 2 floors. We kept the PNP on the 1st floor and used it to change the boys. We also kept back up supplies in it (outfits, blankets, diapers, wipes, etc). I guess it depends on whether you need it to have the baby sleep. If you have a crib and/ or bassinet, you can prob skip it if you have a smaller place.

I registered for one but did'nt get one. I got a bassinet as a (hand-me-down) gift. So we will be using that for a couple of months. I don't think we will need the pack and play anymore. Not to mention, I did'nt know if I could leave it out downstairs with the cat getting into everything he wants to while we sleep

My sis lives in a basement apt., so her space is limited. She has a pack and play (she keeps in the living room), a swing, and a bouncer. She said that she could've done without the swing for a while- but she loves the bouncer and pack and play.

We have a house so I thought it would be useful. It was a huge waste because DS hated it. We got some use out of it more so with guests who have kids. I'm hoping we'll have more success with the PNP this time around.

I live in an apartment so we are def limited on space but I did register and get one. I plan do have Baby nap in the living room in it but most importantly when I go back to work I will bring that to the nanny's house so he can sleep. We will also be using it for when we travel.

We live in an apartment too but, Im getting the swing, bouncer and pack n play. When I had my DS he loved the swing and bouncer, all though back then you had to rock it yourself,lol. The pack n play will be great for changing and keeping the baby away from the dogs, as well as naps and all.

I'm in a condo too and not registering for a pnp. Instead I put the travel lite crib on there to use as a bassinet in my room and to take on vacation with me.
