ovulation question
So I have been using the CBEFM for three months now and usually get one day of peak and one or no days for high. .
this month I got a high yesterday and a peak today but a negative on the smiley test which I was also using so what gives?
any ideas on what is not lining up? and I did use FMU for the CBEFM and afternoon for the digital.

I could be totally off, but maybe you're missing the smiley which will be BEFORE you actually ovulate. And if the CBEFM is showing a high day, you would've gotten the smiley a day or two before then.
Also, CBE digitals should be taken with FMU.

I actually got it later today. And I think the CBEFM shows high before your surge and then peak on day of surge and next day (your ovulation day) so this all makes sense. My directions say not to use FMU for the digitals but you should for the monitor. .
