ovulation calculators
has any one used any of the online ones? if so which one? how accurate where they? how else do i check if i'm O'ing? (and please explain the methods as i am clueless!)

I use Fertility Friend and I find it to be very accurate. There really isnt any other way of telling if you O'd unless you do blood work. Unfortunately, temping is the only way to really confirm. OPKs and monitors only tell you that you are about to O but that doesnt mean that you will...

No need to be embarrassed we all have to learn some how. Well, temping is taking your temperature every day and then you can imput the data into an ovulation tracker, like Fertility Friend. You should take your temp. everyday at the same time after waking up in the morning. Do not get out of bed do not brush your teeth do not do anything before you take your temperature. Your temps should be rather low before O then when you O you should notice your temp shift about .5 degrees followed by consistent elevated temps. Fertility Friend will figure this all out for you as you put in the temps everyday.
