Ovulation and CM
Ok, So I stopped BCP Aug 25 (which was the start of my last menstrual cycle) I started getting these cramp like pains on the left side of my abdomin around 4 days ago. Accordingly to Fertility friend these are my focasted fertile days. (this is the first cycle Im tracking on fertility friend and again, first cycle off BCP) Anyway, I havent noticed any CM not dry or wet...just nothing. Could it be possible that I am ovulating and not having CM? I am not officially TTC yet but just want to start getting to know my body again off BCP. Thanks

the body can do really quirky things after BCP. you really cant trust CM as a reliable fertility indicator right off of BCP. BCP messes so much with the functions that create CM that it can take up to 3 months and as many as 6 before your body returns to normal. that doesnt mean you aren't Oing and can't get pregnant right away, just means it may not be a reliable indicator for now. good luck
