ovulating question
How do you know when you are of how do you figure it out?
I've been on BC for 12 years so I have no clue what a natural cycle is like.

OPK's and temping.
I would get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, it was a huge help for me when I first started TTC.

there are a lot of different ways of finding out such as opk's, temping.
Some natural ways are CM changes, cervical position, etc. You might start by googling. The book recommendation is a good one too. A friend of mine loves it!

i found alot of information about figuring out when you O from fertilityfriend.com....i started temping, using OPKs and checking for fertile CM to figure out when i will O.
