Overly organized?
Ok, I'll admit it I had a binder for when DH and I began looking for an apartment and it got huge! I'm wondering how to keep myself organized with all the paperwork for a house. I'm sure there is going to be more paperwork. Did anyone use something special to keep organized?

Re: Overly organized?
We have a vault in our home and we keep all valuables and important papers (all closing binders and other important info) in there.
Bills and other stuff that pertains to the running of our home(s), we keep in a file cabinet that we have in our office.

Re: Overly organized?
Get a filing cabinet and devide it all out - legal, taxes, electric, etc. Being an electronic guy, I prefer things in a soft copy.
