Overly emotional
Is anyone else going through this? I feels so ridiculous. I keep crying over the stupidest things and I'm only 10 weeks. I feel like I have no control over my emotions. My morning sickness and food aversions are finally starting to pass. You would think I would be happier? Any advice on how to keep my emotions in check? Thanks.

I definitely have days where I cry for ridiculous reasons. It's normal.

Re: Overly emotional
Yep crying all the time. Even on the LIRR. The hormones do not care where you are or what time it is!

Re: Overly emotional
You are definitely not alone. I remember crying while watching the olympics because I was so happy the americans won gold in whatever sport i was watching. I have to change the channel so often because either I am crying during the show or I am having nightmares about it after. I am almost 16 weeks and although I don't tear up as much as a few weeks ago it still happens. I dont think there is any way to control it.

Re: Overly emotional
there are days where I am so emotinoal that I literally just need to sit and cry to release everything...and then I feel better.
Its soooo noticeable that even DH will say...."Honey, do you need to go and cry for a little while?"

Re: Overly emotional
Yeah, I had some really bad moments in the frist trimester. Things seem to have gotten better, although this AM I had to skip "Brick" on my iPod because I was crying in my office over the song.

Re: Overly emotional
Everytime I listen to songs on the radio in car...which in the past I used to enjoy my self-made concerts at singing at the top of my lungs...now I cant even have my own private concerts because I end up choking up in the middle of a song everytime!!!
