Over a month later...
And we are just about five-seven days away from our clear to close. What an odyssey this has been!
We had to go with a different lender and start over with getting another mortgage. We got our commitment, our approval, appraisal, everything just fine like before. Only, before it took three months and this time it took about four weeks. Our new mortgage person has been PHENOMENAL. He told us about five weeks total for the new mortgage and we are sailing.
I still hesitate to even say it's happening but this time I really think it is. We stalk the condo a lot -- drive by it sadly lol. We just look at it waiting and waiting until it's our time to own it.
I guess I'm looking to update y'all as well as ask for some prayers -- pray with us!  Just keeping our fingers crossed that everything works out. We are soooo close. 
...Jeffrey Wands, psychic phenom lol, told me we were going to be fine -- he said right down to the wire but it will work out just fine.

It will happen! We had to wait over a year for our house (crazy sellers) and here we are-in our house for 4 months and loving it!!! It will be here before you know it and you will be unpacking and decorating!!!

I know exactly how you feel. We had an accepted offer in jan and we are still waiting.
We stalk our house once a week also glad its not just us my husband thinks Im crazy : )
