Nothing..it makes you ovulate..you'll inject and head in for an IUI within the next couple of days...

For me, I didn't have any side effects from the ovidrel.
You will ovulate, on average, 36-48 hours later. I always had my IUI 36 hr after.
You could have some redness at the injection site, O pain, nausea, cramping, headache, increased PMS like symptoms.
Ovidrel will stay in your system anywhere from 8-12 days, and will show up on a HPT bc it is hCG.
